Th ENGs are ok, but overall, the Sitelock account teams and representatives are subpar and, at times, a nightmare. They do not listen.

They do not take notes on your case. They promise the world, but under deliver. They hide behind contract when you ask for changes. They keep you in calls for hours trying to keep in you a bad plan.

It is a very upsetting experiences. For example, one of my dedicated Bluehost server and site got infested with malware. We wanted to reimage and begin the rebuilding process, but Sitelock promised to clean it up. After much baby sitting, they failed to do so.

My team and I had to reimage the server and re-setup the environment.

As a result of this bad service, I asked for a change in plan to purely software, but they refused to do so without early termination fees. Many emails and hours wasted, but they refused to admit that they did nothing.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $2000.

Preferred solution: Change in Plan.
